There a number of health benefits of performing Salah. To keep healthy you need not to do hard exercise just to offer your prayers hold heartedly as the prayers are not only the key of your success in this world and hereafter but also include lots of health benefits.

Islam is the complete code of life; scientists are also proving that the Islamic method and rituals contain health benefits. Namaz (salah) is the second pillar of Islam and when you offer it you get inter and external peace.

Takbir:

When you stood up for takbir and raise your hand to shoulders you blood flow increase toward upper body.

Sajood:

When you bent for Sajood your forehead touches the ground. In this position your brain get the fresh supply of blood.

Tashah’hud:

In tashah’hud position when pressures applied to our hip, elbow, knee joints, backbone, wrist joints move in a way that it offers a figure of relaxation to our whole body.

This position also helps in improving digestion and detoxifies liver.

Fasting:

Fast is the third pillar of Islam. Ramazan is the special holy month in which Muslims keep fast. To keep fast saves us from lots of diseases including cholesterol, obesity, and fatness.

Moreover, fasting makes our metabolism to work efficiently and helps to absorb nutrients completely in the body. It gives the vital organs a complete rest and clears and strengthens the mind.
