  • Ground flax seed 1 tablespoon
  • Apple 1
  • Chia seed1 tablespoon
  • Honey1 tablespoon
  • Water one cup

Blend all the above mentioned ingredients together in a blender. Pour in to glass and drink it daily on an empty stomach for getting rid healthy immune system.

Ginger and Peppermint Tea:

  • Ginger one slice
  • Organic Peppermint leaves 5 to 10
  • Water 2 cups
  • Honey 1 tablespoon

Method:

Put the pan on the flame, add water, ginger, peppermint and boil for 10 minutes. When water remains one cup strain the mixture add honey and sip slowly daily in the morning.

Use beans, oatmeal, fresh fruits like apples, oranges, strawberries, grapefruit and vegetables.
