Besan Ka Laddu Recipe by Sadia Chaudhary
Ingredients:
Besan (gram flour) 2 cups
Desi Ghee ½ cup
Grind Sugar 1 cup
Grind Almonds ½ cup
Grind Pistachio ½ cup
Method:
Roast besen in ghee for 5 to 10 minutes at slow flame until besan changes it color and turned into lite golden. Now put off the flame and add grind sugar into it and mix well. After that add grind almond and pistachio and let it stay to cool. When the mixture is set make laddus and garnish them with almonds.
