Ingredients:
Chanay Ki Daal ½ Kg
Doodh (Milk) ½ Kg
Cheeni (sugar) 250gm
Ghee ½ cup
Khoya 1 cup
Dry fruits
Method:
Chanay ki daal adha klo aik ghanta pani main bhiga dain. usky bad pani phenk k adha kg milk dal k ubal len jab dal narm ho jaey to thandi kar k pees len usky bad usmen aik pao chene dal k thora milk dal k pakana start karen spoon chalate rahen warna jal jaeyga.
Phir thora ghee add karen or bhonty rahen jab broun hony lgy to aik piyali khoya add karen or mix karte jaen jab ghe side men ajaey or halwa jamny lgy to tray men ghee lga k halwa phela dain or oper sy mewa dal k set kar dain or pees kat len.
