Ingredients:
- Lemon 1 kg
- Hari Mirch (green chilies) 1 kg
- Gajar (carrots) 250g
- Sabut dhania (coriander seeds) half cup
- Sonf (Fennel Seeds) half cup
- Zeera (Cumin Seeds) 8 spoons
- Gol Lal mirch (Red Chilies) 10
- Haldi (turmeric powder) 4 spoons
- Namak (salt) 1 spoon
- Kala Namak (black rock salt) half spoon
- Sirka (vinegar) 1 cup
- Chat Masala 1 spoon
- Kalonji (black seeds) 1 spoon
- Methi Dana (fenugreek seeds) 1 spoon
- Raai Dana (Mustard seeds) half spoon
- Ajwain (Carmon seeds) half spoon
- Sarson ka tail (Mustard Oil) half kg
- Water
Method:
Lemon aik klo, hare mirch bare aik pao gajar aik pao lemon kat len gajar kat k halka sa ubal len pani nikal k paper py phela dain.Sabut dhania adhe piyali, sonf adhe piyali, zeera 8 spoons, gol lal mirch sab mila k pain halka sa bhoon k grend kar len. Gajar, lemon, hari mirch handi men dalen aik chamch namak adha chamch kala namak chat ka masala 2 chamch jo masala grend kea hai woh dalen aik cup sirka dal dain usky bad.
