Today we will tell you how to make spicy Onion Rings Fritters for Ramadan. Below is the complete process of making Onion Rings Fritters:
Ingredients:
- Onion One Big Size (cut and make rings)
- Mozzarella cheese 15gm
- Eggs 3
- Bread crumbs
- Corn flour
- Oil for frying
Method:
Cut the onion into rings and stuff mozzarella cheese between two rings. In the same way make all rings and keep them into refrigerator for few minutes.
In another ball beat eggs and then coast the onion ring into corn flour then in egg and then in bread crumbs. Repeat the process for 2 to 3 times and coast all the onion rings in the same way.
In another pan add oil, heat it up and fry all the onion rings until golden brown. Serve the crispy and delicious onion ring fritters with tomato ketchup or hot sauce.
