The Ramazan 2021 has started and it’s a hot summer which will make it difficult for people to bear the heat fast. To get rid of heat effects and to quench the thirst at the time of Iftar I will tell you the recipes for some of the refreshing and energizing drinks. You must give them a try to keep your body hydrated and energetic after iftar.
The recipes for the refreshing and energizing Drinks for Ramazan 2023 are as follows:
1. Pomegranate and Lemon Drink:
Ingredients:
- Fresh Pomegranates seeds one cup
- Lemon Juice 2 tablespoon
- Sugar as required
- Water 2 Glass
- Ice Cubes as required
Method:
In a blender add the above-mentioned ingredients and mix well. Strain the juice and pour it into the glass and have the relish of a refreshing drink at iftar.
2. Peach Lime Drink:
- Peaches 5 to 6 (slices)
- Lime Juice ¼ cup
- Honey 3 tablespoon
- Water 2 Glass
- Ice Cubes as required
Method:
In a blender add the above-mentioned ingredients and mix well, pour into the glass and have the relish of a refreshing drink at iftar.
3. Watermelon and Lime Drink:
- Watermelon cubes 1 cup
- Lime juice ¼ cup
- Rock salt (kala namak) ¼ spoon
- Sugar 1 spoon
- Ice cubes as required
Method:
In a blender add the above-mentioned ingredients and mix well, pour into the glass and have the relish of a refreshing drink at iftar.
4. Grapes, Mint and Lime Drink:
- Grapes 1 cup
- Mint leaves 4 to 5
- Lime juice 2 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Water 1 ½ glass
- Ice cubes as required
Method:
In a blender add the above mentioned ingredients and mix well. Strain the juice pour into the glass and have the relish of refreshing drink at iftar.
Note:
If you don’t have lime juice you can squeeze the juice of a lemon to add to the above-mentioned drinks. The mentioned quantity of the ingredient is for two serving glasses of drinks.
