Ingredients required for Lahori Chargha:
- Chicken 1 Kg
- White vinegar ½ Cup
- Ginger, garlic paste 3 tablespoon
- Yogurt 2 cups
- Red pepper 1tablespoon
- Chat Masala 6 Tablespoon
- Cumin seeds half teaspoon
- Lemon Juice 2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Yellow food color as required
- Oil for frying
Method:
Put medium cuts of the chicken. Now add all the ingredients in the yogurt and stir well. Pour the paste on the chicken to marinate it. Let it absorb the flavor of the ingredients in it for one hour. Now steam the chicken to tender and then fry in the oil. When the chicken starts getting brown color put off the flame and put Lahori Chargha into the dish to decorate with lemon, tomatoes, and salad leaves.
