Ingredients:
- Cucumbers 2 medium size
- 5 to 6 radish
- Cream Cheese one cup
- A bunch of scallions
- Salt and pepper to taste
First of all wash all the vegetables and cut them into fine shaped pieces. Put them into a bowl and add salt and pepper and cream cheese. Stir all ingredients together. The cucumber salad is ready to eat.
