Mango Kulfi is a very delicious sweet desert. Kids like to eat ice-creams and kulfis very much. You must try it this summer to relish the different taste of mango. Homemade mango kulfi is very easy to make.
Ingredients for Mango Kulfi:
• 1 cup mango puree
• 1 tin condensed Milk
• Fresh cream one Packet
• Cardamom seeds
• Crushed almonds for garnishing
• Almonds 7 to 8
• Saffron a pinch
Method of homemade Mango Kulfi
In a blender add condensed milk, mango puree, saffron, cardamom seeds, almonds and fresh cream. Mix all the ingredients well. Now pour the mixture into the kulfi moulds and insert stick in it. Decorate them with crushed almonds and saffron. Now put all the kulfis into the refrigerator for 12 hour for freezing.
