Homemade Rabri Falooda Recipe on Daytimes
Rabri Falooda is a very tasty, yummy and mouthwatering cold dessert. It is popular around the globe. To make Rabri Falooda at home is very easy and simple you just need to follow the complete instructions below. You can make the yummy homemade Rabri Falooda with easy steps:
Ingredients for Homemade Rabri Falooda:
- Vermicelli (falooda sev) one packet
- Basil seeds/ tukhmaria/sabja half cup
- Strawberry Jelly one packet
- Milk 3 cups
- Condense Milk one tin
Rose Syrup / Rooh Afza 8 tablespoon
- Vanilla ice cream 4 scopes
- Raisins 10 to 20
- cardamom powder a pinch
- Chopped almonds 10
Step by step method of making Rabri Falooda:
First of all soak Basil Seeds in water for half an hour. They will swell up and obtain a gelatinous texture.
In a pan boil Vermicelli (falooda sev) as per instructions available on the packet. Drain them and set aside.
In another pan prepare strawberry jelly as per instructions available on the packet and let it set for few minutes in to the refrigerator. Later cut strawberry jelly into cubes.
In a pan add regular milk 3 cups and condense milk and heat it for 5 minutes. After cooking place the milk into the refrigerator.
Now time to serve Rabri Falooda. Take a glass put few almond, raisins in it, now add rose syrup or Rooh Afza on it. After that add one tablespoon of soaked sweet basil seeds and two tablespoons of boiled Falooda sev / vermicelli on it.
Now add strawberry jelly cubs on it and pour chilled sweetened milk. In the end add one scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle some nuts on the top and also sprinkle cardamom powder.
