How to Cook Crispy Pori Paratha At Home

Ingredients of Pori Paratha:
- Plain flour (maida) ½ kg
- Egg 1
- Sugar Powder 2 tablespoon
- Salt 1 tea spoon
- Pure ghee 2 tablespoon
- Rice flour 2 tablespoon
- Milk 1cup
First of all add plain flour, egg, sugar powder and salt then knead dough with milk. Make soft dough and set aside for 1 hour. Now in another bowl add Pure ghee and rice flour and mix well.
Make balls with dough then roll it with a rolling pin in circular shape and spread rice flour and ghee paste it and make a ball again. Let the balls set for 10 minutes and roll again.

Heat the oil and fry this pori paratha from both sides until get light golden color. Your crispy and delicious Pori Paratha is ready enjoy them with BBQ, Chicken Malai Boti, Aloo Chana ki bhaji, vegetable and Qeema.
