Zinger Paratha Roll Recipe

Ingredients For Paratha:

  • Flour (Maida) 1/2 kg
  • Ghee or oil 4tbsp
  • Salt for taste
  • Water as required for dough
  • Oil for frying

How to make Paratha Dough:

In a bowl add flour, salt, oil and mix well now add water, make smooth dough and set aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minute make small balls of dough, now give them circle shapes and make thin prathas in the oil.

Ingredients for Zinger Chicken:

  • Chicken Julian cut 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1tsp
  • Soya sauce 3tbsp
  • White vinegar 3tabsp
  • Chilli sauce 2tbsp

Method:

Add all the above mentioned ingredients in the chicken and marinate it. After marinating chicken you need.

  1. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  2. Eggs 2
  3. Flour (Maida) 1 cup
  4. Rice flour 3 tbsp
  5. Salt ½ tsp
  6. Oil for deep fry

Now add rice flour, plain flour, salt and black pepper in a bowl and mix them well. In another bowl beat eggs. Now dip the marinated chicken pieces in mix flour then in eggs and again in flour. After coating all the chicken pieces fry them.

Ingredients for Filling:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Chilli garlic sauce
  • Salad leaves

Now in paratha put chicken zinger chunks pour mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce and then add salad leaf. Now roll the paratha and set them in the try.
