First, you need to open the command prompt window, for that click on the start button at the bottom upside down and type CMD now enter.
You can delete these displayed files in two ways. Press (Ctrl+A) to select all the files and then press Delete or (Shift+Delete).
If you are familiar with commands then you can delete these files using this command (del %temp%*.* /s /q ), the files used in both these methods will remain, and the rest will be deleted.
