Khoya Custard Recipe on Daytimes
Here is the complete recipe of Khoya Custard:
- 1 litre Milk
- 2 Bread Slices
- 1 Packet Cream
- Custard Powder 4tbsp
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
- Khoya 250 gm
- Coconut powder 50 gm
- Almonds 50 gm
- Pistachios 50 gm
- Oil 2 tbsp
Add milk into a pan and boil. In a bowl mix 4 tablespoon of custard powered with water. Now add it into milk and cook until custard is thick and add vanilla essence.
In another pan fry the bread slice by doing pieces.
Now in a serving dish spread bread slices, pour custard, add khoya and then cream. Now sprinkle almonds, pistachios, coconut powder and let it cool.
Your Khoya Custard is ready to serve.
