Govt Increases Petrol Price in Pakistan by Rs. 3.47

The government has increased the petrol price in Pakistan on 15th January 2025. The government increased the petrol price in Pakistan by Rs 3.47. They implemented the final decision regarding the increase in petrol and other petroleum products in Pakistan on 15th January 2025.

Now the government has increased the price of petrol as recommended by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) based on international market fluctuations with immediate effect to Rs.256.13 per litre. An increase was made in the price of Light Diesel Oil and kerosene oil. On the other hand, the price of high-speed diesel met the increase of Rs. 2.61 to Rs.260.95 per litre.

Reports in local media said petrol prices in Pakistan remained at Rs.256.13 per litre. Under the revised prices, the cost of high-speed diesel in Pakistan also saw a hike of Rs. 2.61 to Rs.260.95 per litre.

The Kerosene oil price is Rs.161.66 litre. Besides petrol in Pakistan, the official price of LPG in Pakistan is now Rs.250.28 per kg.
