Google Officially Launched Allo Messaging App
Now Google has officially launched the Allo Messaging App for all devices. The Allo messaging app is a standalone application with built-in search engine, which allows operators to start Google searches by just typing @google along with the search query.
The Allo App has Google Assistant integration and just like Whatsapp demands users Phone number as a main user identification method. If you want to use Google Allo App you can also use Google account for it.

The Google Allo App will definitely throw competition to other messaging apps likes of WhatsApp and Hike, but Allo lacks calling and document sharing feature available in Whatsapp.
Google has announced the arrival of its Duo video calling app and Allo chat app at its I/O developer conference in the month of May 2016, and officially launched Duo video calling app last month. The Duo Video Calling App by Google crossed 10 million downloads in just one month.
Amit Fulay, the Google’s product lead of communication, said that Google is planning to add audio calling feature in Duo video calling app, which will be available soon.
