This is an excellent step by the ICC to enhance the confidence of non-member nations and persuades other teams to fight hard for the ODI status Asia Cup will be played from 30th August and end on 17th September 2023 in Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
Pakistan and India, the traditional rivals, will face each other on 31st August. This time Pakistan will take on its traditional rival India on One Day International (ODI) on September in Kandy, Sri Lanka. The opening match of the ODI series will be played between Pakistan and Nepal on 30th August at Multan Cricket Stadium, Pakistan. Asia Cup 2023 Teams
Six teams are participating in the Asia Cup 2023, including Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Hong Kong. The Asia Cup 2023 schedule features 13 matches with 6 teams divided into two groups participating in the tournament. The six teams have been divided into two groups that are as follows:

The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Super 4 stage. The final match will be on 17th September in Colombo, Sri Lanka, between the 2 qualifiers.
