Just visit the official website of Eitmad.pk
Then select the “Schedule an Appointment” option given on the left-hand side menu.
Select “Make an Appointment” from the newly opened popup screen and provide all the required information there such as country, nationality, and purpose of your travel for example business, education, visit Umrah, or hajj
After selecting intention of travel, some data will be appear on your screen and you can pick your date and timing for an appointment.
You need to choose from the Normal or Lounge category & click on the “Book” button after reading the terms and conditions carefully and then accepting.
Choose the option Individual or family from newly opened as per your requirement.
Pick the appointment date, dates in red color means that they are already booked for an appointment, so you have to select from options in green color.
Now you need to choose the time slot on that day and proceed next.
Now you required to give your passport number, name, date of birth and other personal details.
Now go to the “Review and Submit” option, to carefully reviewing the information you have given.
Finally, click on the “Proceed and Submit” button to schedule your appointment.

Once your appointment is done you need to reach the Etimad Offices in Pakistan at the exact time you have selected.

CNIC
Recent Photographs of visa applicant
Copy of Sponsor’s Iqama
Passport copy of a sponsor
Yellow Slip, which is copy of your visa
Attested marriage certificate from Saudi embassy will be obligatory in case if your wife’s passport is on her father’s name.
The copy of medical report should be compulsory in case of applying for permanent family visa.
