IMC Launched 2018 Toyota Fortuner Diesel Variant: Price, Specs & Pics. Indus Motor Company (IMC) has today launched the Toyota Fortuner Diesel Variant in the country. The 2018 is the year of great success of automobile industry in Pakistan as a number of local companies are introducing the advanced technology and upgraded vehicles in the country.
The company has launched the 2018 Toyota Fortuner diesel variant in the country reported the Pakwheels.
Interior of 2018 Toyota Fortuner:
As per the details the 2018 Toyota Fortuner diesel variant will ship with advance features and technology. It has a 1GD-FTV (Hi) 2.8-litre diesel engine, which is the company’s latest version of engine line. It is capable of making (130 KW) 174 horsepower at 3400 rpm, and the engine produces 450Nm of torque at 1600-2400 rpm.
The company has also added the incooler alongside the engine so to make it more efficient. Toyota has also included a common rail direct fuel injection system which is used particularly in diesel engines vehicles.
Furthermore the 2018 Toyota Fortuner diesel variant include a push to start feature and also with a keyless entry option.
The company has announced that it will soon introduce the 2018 Toyota Fortuner Petrol Variant after few up-gradations including 2WD mode and with push start and keyless entry options.
Exterior of 2018 Toyota Fortuner:
The 2018 Toyota Fortuner diesel variants is having the Power Back Door— which means the back door can be automatically opened and closed with a simple press of a button. The company has changed the color of side-step in diesel variant of Fortuner by adding a silver color side-step.
On the other hand the petrol version of Fortuner comes with the black side-step color.
The diesel Fortuner is also equipped with welcome lamps as well. Other features of the 2018 Toyota Fortuner diesel variants are the fixed 4×4 vehicle with Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Emergency Brake Signal (EBS), Light Reminder, Engine Oil levelling Warning light, Downhill Assist Control (DAC), the function automatically maintains low vehicle speed while driving down a steep slope by controlling the brake fluid pressure.
According to details the all-new 4×4 Fortuner has two different modes including Eco and Power modes; you can easily choose the modes with a push of a button.
