Internet Service in Pakistan to Remain Suspended For Indefinite Period

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has declared the suspension of the Internet service in Pakistan due to the ongoing law and order situation in the country.

People are looking for when the internet service open in Pakistan and the answer is that the internet Service in Pakistan (mobile data) to remain suspended for an indefinite period. In a statement, the authority revealed that the decision to suspend the mobile broadband services in Pakistan was taken at the directives of Ministry of Interior. 

On the other hand a number of renowned social media platforms are blocked in Pakistan. Yesterday, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter were blocked in Pakistan due to widespread protests in various parts of the country.

However, these social media services are still accessible through the use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN).

The details have revealed that Internet services (mobile data) are mostly suspended in major cities of Pakistan, including Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Karachi, where the law and order situation is worse.

On the other hand, Amnesty International, a Human Rights Group, has issued a statement to call upon PTA and the interior ministry to instantly restore mobile internet services in Pakistan.

When will the Internet work in Pakistan?

A large number of people are looking for when will the internet work in Pakistan and the answer is that the government has banned access to Mobile Broadband Service for an indefinite period in the country.

Though it is hoped that after the release of Imran Khan everything in the country turning to normal and people will be able to get the access of internet in Paksitan soon.
