Refreshing and Energizing Drinks For Iftar

The Ramazan 2017 is all set to arrive in few weeks and it’s a hot summer which will make it difficult for the people to bear the heat during fast.

To get rid of heat effects and to quench the thirst at the time of Iftar I will tell you the recipes of some of the refreshing and energizing drink. You must give them a try to keep your body hydrate and energetic after iftar.

The recipes for the refreshing and energizing Drinks for Ramazan 2017 are as follows:

Pomegranate and Lemon Drink:

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Pomegranates seeds one cup
  • Lemon Juice 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar as required
  • Water 2 Glass
  • Ice Cubes as required

Method:

In a blender add the above mentioned ingredients and mix well. Strain the juice and pour into the glass and have the relish of refreshing drink at iftar.

Peach Lime Drink:

  • Peaches 5 to 6 (slices)
  • Lime Juice ¼ cup
  • Honey 3 tablespoon
  • Water 2 Glass
  • Ice Cubes as required

Method:

In a blender add the above mentioned ingredients and mix well, pour into the glass and have the relish of refreshing drink at iftar.

Watermelon and Lime Drink:

  • Watermelon cubes 1 cup
  • Lime juice ¼ cup
  • Rock salt (kala namak) ¼ spoon
  • Sugar 1 spoon
  • Ice cubes as required

Method:

In a blender add the above mentioned ingredients and mix well, pour into the glass and have the relish of refreshing drink at iftar.

Grapes, Mint and Lime Drink:

  • Grapes 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 4 to 5
  • Lime juice 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Water 1 ½ glass
  • Ice cubes as required

Method:

In a blender add the above mentioned ingredients and mix well. Strain the juice pour into the glass and have the relish of refreshing drink at iftar.

Note:

If you don’t have lime juice you can squeeze the juice of lemon to add in the above mentioned drinks. The mentioned quantity of the ingredient is for two serving glass of drinks.
