Ingredients:

  • Rosemary 1 tablespoon
  • Grape Fruit 1
  • Boiled Water 2 glass

Method:

In boiled water add rosemary and lid the container for 5 minutes. Now squeeze the juice of half grape fruit and cut the half grape fruit into slices. Now add the juice and slices of grape fruit into the rosemary water container and stir well before drinking.

Ingredients:

  • Ginger crushed 1 tablespoon
  • Honey 1 table spoon
  • Green Tea 2 tablespoon
  • Water 2 cup

Method:

Boil the water by adding ginger paste, green tea for 5 minutes. Now pour it in cup add honey and sip slowly.

Ingredients:

  • Ginger 1 slice
  • Cucumber half slices
  • Lemon 1 slices
  • Honey 1 tablespoon
  • Hot water 2 glass

Method:

In hot water add all the above mentioned ingredients except honey and let it set for 5 minutes now add honey and drink it.
