2018 Toyota Revo Now Available in New 2.8L Diesel Engine. The 2018 Toyota Revo is now available having a brand new diesel engine. The Indus Motor Company (IMC) has officially re-launched the 2018 Toyota Revo having the all-new 2.8L diesel engine and a bunch of new features. The earlier model of Toyota Revo was available with the older 3.0L straight four turbo diesel engine, and now the company has upgraded the engine and introduced the vehicle having the new 2.8L diesel engine. The company has included the 2755cc inline-4 common-rail diesel 1GD engine in 2018 Toyota Revo. This engine is from the Toyota’s new GD diesel engine series and contains the turbocharged unit with the intercooler. The new engine can make nearly 175 BHP (130kW) at 3400 RPM and maximum torque of 450Nm between 1600-2400 RPM.
