Balochistan Chief Minister resigned. Balochistan Chief Minister (CM) Nawab Sanaullah Zehri has on Tuesday resigned from his office. According to media reports, resignation of the Balochistan CM has come in after over a week-long political crisis after a no-confidence motion was compiled against.

Balochistan governor has approved resignation of CM Zehri. PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has called on PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif after resignation of Zehri was approved, to review the situation and political front s standing in the province.

It is worth mentioning here that a no-trust motion against Balochistan Chief Minister was scheduled to be presented in the assembly where members had started to arrive however the session was postponed for an indefinite period of time.

KPK Government Wants To Withdraw 19.5% Tax on Mobile Broadband

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) government has decide to approve the proposal on to withdraw the 19.5% Tax on Mobile Broadband. In this regard KPK government has called the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) MD, Mr. Shehryar Khan to submit proposals in order to withdraw 19.5% Tax on Mobile Broadband (MBB).

After submission of proposals, it will be presented to the Chief Minister of the KPK Pervaiz Khattak for final approval.

The statement has been made yesterday by the Additional Secretary of the Province Mr. Azam Khan and requested the MD of KPITB to submit proposals within one week.

Earlier in January, 2016 KPK government has demanded to withdraw 19.5% Tax on Mobile Broadband and data services. Following KPK initiative Punjab and Singh Government also demanded to remove tax on cellular services in order to relief the subscribers.
