Necessary Precautions and Foods to Combat Air Pollution. The pollution in air reached dangerous level and creating hazardous health issues. The atmosphere in Lahore and adjoining cities is polluted with the smog blanket and the smog is to stay for more days in the city, said Pakistan Meteorologist Department. The polluted air in Lahore is causing eye burning, heavy breathing and respiratory problems.

You need to take fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C. The use of vitamin C is very much essential in this current atmosphere condition because it contains antioxidants that helps to remove toxins. The regular use of Vitamin C oriented foods is necessary for maintain the lungs function. The body also needs Vitamin E,  the Fat soluble vitamin. The use of Vitamin E rich foods helps to repair the damage human body tissues.

Mash Daal Dahi Baray Recipe

Ingredients for Dahi Baray:

  • Black Gram/Mash ki Daal 2 Cups
  • Red Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1 tsp

Method:

In a blender add all the above mentioned ingredients and blend well. Now add cumin seeds in the mixture and pour it into the bowl. Now in a frying pan add oil and fry the mixture just like you fry pakoras.

In a bowl add yogurt, salt and mix well. Now in a serving try pour yogurt and add mash daal baray in it and sprinkle chat masla on it.

To make spicy mutton chops at home is very easy. By following the below mentioned Mutton Chops recipe you can make the delicious dish at home.

Ingredients for Mutton Chops:

  • Mutton chops 1 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  • Chili powder 2 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin crushed 2 teaspoon
  • All spice (garam masala) 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice ¼ cup
  • BBQ masala 2 tablespoon
  • Crushed Onion 1 large
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tablespoon
  • Oil as required

Preparation:

Marinate Mutton chops with Ginger garlic paste, Yogurt, Chili powder, Roasted cumin crushed , All spice, Lemon juice, Onion, BBQ masala, Raw papaya and Oil for 6 to 7 hours.

After that bake the marinated Mutton Chops in the preheated oven on 180 degree C for 35 to 40 minutes.

Now put the chops into a deep bowl smoke of coal and serve with fresh salad.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Packet salad macaroni
  • 4 boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 small size onion
  • Chopped celery ribs
  • 1 chopped sweet pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish

Ingredients for Dressing:

  • cups of Mayonnaise
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • 1/8 cup yellow mustard paste
  • ¼ tbs Salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon celery seed 1
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • celery seed ¾ tbs

Method:

Boil macaroni and drain well. Chop all the vegetables and pour them into the bowl with macaroni.  Now in another bowl mix all the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing into the vegetable and stir well.
