Ingredients:

  • Imli (Tamarind) 250gm
  • Aloo Bukhara (Dried Plum) 250gm
  • Sugar 1Kg
  • Water 1 litre
  • Salt 1 tablespoon

How to Prepare of Imli Aloo Bukhara Sharbat?

First of all soak the aloo bukhara and imli separately overnight and deseeded them.  In a blender add imli pulp and aloo Bukhara and grind well to make a smooth paste. Now strain the paste with the help of sieve.

In a pan add sugar and water and cook until the syrup is thickened. Now add the imli, aloo Bukhara pulp and mix well. At last add the salt and cook the syrup for five minutes on low flame. Put off the flame and let the syrup to cool.

Pour the syrup into the bottle and store into the refrigerator for up to a month. When to make Sharbat add 2 to 3 tablespoon of syrup into the glass add ice cubes and water, stir well and enjoy the refreshing Imli Aloo Bukhara Sharbat at iftar.

  • Lemon Juice 4 tablespoon
  • Salt 1 ½ tablespoon
  • Ginger, Garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  • Anardana 1 tablespoon
  • Red Chili Flakes 1 ½ tablespoon
  • Ajwain 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • Chickpea flour (baisan) 5 to 6 tablespoon
  • Chart Masala 1 tablespoon
  • Oil For frying

How to make Lahori Fish Fry?

Wash the fish fillets and let them dry. Add the fish in a pot and pour lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and all other ingredients instead chick pea flour and chaat masala.  Let the fish fillets to marinate for 1 hour. You can also leave the fish to marinate overnight for best results.

When the fish marinate completely, add chick pea flour and coat all the fillets. Let them marinate for more 30 minutes.

Now heat the oil in a pan fry the fish fillets until golden brown. Once fried, sprinkle chaat masala on fish and serve it with Tandoori rooti and Tamarind sweet sauce.

  • 1 kg carrots (grated)
  • 2 litre milk
  • Khoya ½ cup
  • Green cardamoms 8 to 10
  • Desi ghee 5 to 7 tablespoon
  • Sugar one cup
  • Raisins 2 tablespoon
  • Crushed almonds 4 tablespoon
  • Dates chopped 4 tablespoon
  • Pistachio chopped 2 tablespoon

How to make Gajar ka halwa?

In a pan heat desi ghee and add grated carrots, let them cook for few minutes until soft.

In another pot add milk and cardamom and cook until milk started to boil. Now add the carrot mixture and cook for 5 minutes then add sugar and mix until you get a thick paste. Finally add khoya and all dry fruits; cover the lid and cook over a gentle flame for more 5 minutes.

Now delicious Gajar ka halwa is ready to serve.

  • Fresh coriander leaves
  • Black paper powder ¼ tsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Corn flour 1 ½ tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Water and corn flour for coating
  • Bread crumbs

Method:

In a bowl add all ingredients except oil and water. Now mix them well and make balls. In another bowl mix corn flour with water to make thick paste. Now coat all the balls in corn flour paste and then in bread crumbs. Fry the potatoes cheese ball until golden brown.

  • 150g flour
  • 80-90 ml of water
  • 5g fresh yeast
  • a tablespoon of olive oil
  • A pinch of salt

Firstly for dough do add all ingredients in a bowl and try to mix this with spoon. Do this until dough is like small ball, After this leave dough for 20 min until its rise.

Pizza topping:

  • Boil chicken
  • Capsicum
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Pizza sause
  • Tomato
  • Olive

Firstly boil chicken , after adding oil in a frying pan and shape pizza with your hands and have it all over the pan , add pizza sauce , capsicum cheedar cheese , chicken and tomato , olive over it

  • Mince half kg
  • Black Pepper Powder 1tsp
  • Red Chili crushed 1sp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • Butter 1tsp
  • Flour 2tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheeses 2tsp
  • Cream half cup
  • Macaroni full packet

Method:

Boil Macaroni in hot water and add 2 tsp oil in a pan add mince half kg , black pepper powder , red chili crushed , and salt in pan. Let the mince cooked.

Now make white sauce for that add butter 1tsp, flour 2tsp, milk 1 cup , cheddar cheese 2tsp , cream half cup and let the sauce ready.

Now its time to assemble it, have tray , add mince , white sauce then add macaroni layer over it and now add white sauce over it and for decoration add green capsicum layer and let it bake in pre heat oven at 180 C for 15 to 20 min. Baked yummy macaroni is ready , served it.

Ingredients for Kung Pao Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken half kg
  • Soya sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Black Pepper (Kali mirch) powder as per taste
  • Corn flour
  • Oil
  • Chicken stock
  • Vinegar
  • Chili sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Dried red chilli chopped
  • Green onion
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Bell pepper (different colors)

Preparation:

Firstly have boneless chicken mix salt , soya sauce 1tsp. baking powder ¼ tsp, kali mirch powder ¼ tsp, corn flour 1 tsp and fry it in 2 tsp oil until it become brown. Now have 1 tsp oil in a pan , add garlic , ginger, red chopped chili, bell pepper different colors and green onion stir fry them. After this add chicken in it.

Now you need to make sauce of  kung pao chicken for that

Pour chicken stock in a bowl , mix brown sugar , soya sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, kali mirch powder , salt as per taste mix corn flour and make a mixture.

After this pour this mixture in chicken you make ready and let it fry for 2 minutes. Add dried nuts as per your taste.

Kung pao chicken is ready; serve it with egg fried rice.

First of all make the chicken broth (Yakhni) and set aside.

Today we will tell you complete recipe of making Rose Petal Face and Body Whitening Cream at home. This cream is very much effective for people who have dry and patchy skin.

Ingredients for making Rose Petal Face and Body Whitening Cream:

  • Fresh Rose Petals one cup
  • Distilled water ¼ cup
  • Almond oil ¼ cup
  • Rosehip seed oil 1 tablespoon
  • Mango butter 4 tablespoon
  • Beeswax 1 spoon
  • Stearic acid 2 spoons
  • Rose essential oil 5 drops
  • A pinch of Pink color

Method:

Put the rose petals into the jar add one cup water and set aside. Put almond oil, mango butter, beeswax, stearic acid in a cup and put it into the pan having water and put on flame for 10 minutes. Now remove the cup from the pan and let the mixture cool a bit. Pour the mixture in the bowl and add rosehip oil and mix well. Now add rose water, distilled water and mix well. After mixing add rose essential oil and pink color. Mix them well and pour in the clean jar and cap tightly.

Store this cream in the refrigerator and use within one week.

For the preparation of cream you need to use clean and hygienic tools.
