The atmosphere in Lahore and adjoining cities is polluted with the smog blanket and the smog is to stay for more days in the city, said Pakistan Meteorologist Department. Use glasses when going out and wash eyes frequently to avoid burning.

Now blend the plums with water in the blender and add the paste in the mixture. Let it cool for half an hour into the refrigerator and eat the healthy breakfast.

Banana Ginger Shake for burning Belly fat:

You require:

  • Banana 1
  • Ground flax seeds 2 tablespoon
  • Ginger slice 1
  • Coconut oil 1 tablespoon
  • Greek yogurt ½ cup

Method:

Blend all the above mentioned ingredients well. Pour the mixture into the glass and drink on an empty stomach daily for burning belly fat and calories.

  • Amba haldi, Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  • Ginger powder or ginger slice one tablespoon

 Preparation:

Boil the water and let it cool. In the jug add all the above mentioned ingredients and add boiled water. Let it set for half an hour. Drink this water daily for at least 10 days regularly to see the visible result.
