The Chief Digital and Financial Services Officer – Jazz while revealing about the partnership with NBP about ‘Pay to CNIC’ said that the move is to facilitate the people across Pakistan and to make a safe path between the unbanked and banked population.
How to Use Pay to CNIC Service?
The NBP account holders can transfer money to anyone and anywhere in Pakistan by using the Pay to CNIC service. Just use your valid CNIC to transfer the money through JazzCash within seconds and can be remitted through the retailers present all across the country.

Pay-to-CNIC is functional at NBP branches through Web-Portal Interface and the NBP account holders can do this by the NBP Mobile App at their smartphones. But if the users who have no smartphones, JazzCash has empowered NBP branches across Pakistan to conduct Pay–to-CNIC transactions on behalf of NBP Account Holders through a Web-Portal Interface.
The Pay to CNIC service will facilitate the NBP account holders who are away from their homes as they will be able now to easily send their family or anyone across the country. The receiver will be notified of the transaction via an SMS and can collect the money from JazzCash agent by conducting a BVS Verification.
