Necessary Precautions and Foods to Combat Air Pollution. The pollution in air reached dangerous level and creating hazardous health issues. The atmosphere in Lahore and adjoining cities is polluted with the smog blanket and the smog is to stay for more days in the city, said Pakistan Meteorologist Department. The polluted air in Lahore is causing eye burning, heavy breathing and respiratory problems.

You need to take fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C. The use of vitamin C is very much essential in this current atmosphere condition because it contains antioxidants that helps to remove toxins. The regular use of Vitamin C oriented foods is necessary for maintain the lungs function. The body also needs Vitamin E,  the Fat soluble vitamin. You need also to eat leafy green vegetables including the cabbage, parsley, coriander leaves, fenugreek, Onion, peas Lettuce, spinach and carrots to have Beta Carotene that converted into Vitamin A.  The use of Vitamin A is very essential for the body. It is an antioxidant that fights toxins.

Ingredients for Beef Seekh Kababs for Eid-ul-Azha 2016:

  • Beef Mince 1 KG
  • All spices powder (garam Masala) 1 tablespoon
  • Coriender powder 1 tablespoon
  • One finally chopped Onion
  • Crushed Green Chilies 5 to 6
  • Crushed Coriander leaves half cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder 1 tea spoon
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Gram Flour 4 tablespoon
  • Egg one
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

How to prepare Beef Seekh Kababs?

In a glass bowl put the beef mince and add all the above mentioned ingredients. Now mix the spices with beef mince well and let the ingredients set for 15 minutes.

Now put the beef mince on the skewer and shape it with wet hands. Now put the skewer on coals to cook.  Let them cook for 5 minutes on the coal and oil them with the help of brush.

When Seekh Kababs turn into golden from all sides, Put them into the try and serve with Tomato Chili sauce.

Ingredients for Chicken Reshmi Seekh Kabab:

  • Chicken mince 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • White pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • Blake pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  • Green chilli paste 1 tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves crushed 2 tablespoon
  • One egg

Method:

Mix all ingredients together and leave it for half an hour. Now put mixture on Skewer with wet palms and make a long shape. Now heat them on the charcoal grill for 10 minutes. Now apply butter on them and cook for more 5 minutes.

Take them out of the skewer and set the platter neatly and served with your favorite sauces.
