The festival aims at providing a platform to all real estate enthusiasts so they may interact amongst themselves and with leading real estate developers coming from all over the country, as well as creating a recreational activity for the families.

Unlike other expositions, this event is unique in not only providing an opportunity for interacting with the real estate gurus but also a fun activity for the weekend where you can bring your family along. Here you will get to enjoy the company of fellow real estate aficionados, enjoy talks with erudite real estate advisors as well as having a great time with your family; savoring food from different stalls set up by your favorite food brands while the kids enjoy various activities arranged for them separately.

The first day of the event has experienced a great turnout, turning it into a huge success. People from the twin cities, young and old, swarmed the Pak China Friendship Centre with their enthusiasm to find out about the top real estate projects, investment options and to interact with the experts. Talk sessions led by Mr. Shafiq Akbar, one of the country’s leading real estate investment advisors, and Saad Arshad, co-founder of Lamudi were the highlight of the day.

The festival is succeeding in its motive of providing a fun environment for all the participants rather than being a boring expo.
